EUGENE CROSS is currently a Federal Marksmen Observer
Instructor and General Firearms Instructor. He is the Owner and Lead
Instructor of Cross Hairs Advance Weapons Training.
He trains, evaluates and certifies Sniper Teams throughout the United
States. He has also assisted in qualifying over 900 federal
employees during firearms training. Eugene has completed over ten
firearm courses and has over 20 years of experience in tactical
shooting. He was a former member of two Special Operations
Response Teams were he held the position of Sniper. His training and
experience includes:
